Specialist pelvic health care for women in the Cotswolds
You don't need a diagnosis or a referral to get started. Come with the thing that's bothering you and we'll take it from there.
Leaking when you cough, laugh, run or sneeze
Stress incontinence is one of the most common reasons women get in touch. It's assessed, not guessed at, and it responds well to the right programme.
Prolapse and heaviness
That dragging, bulging sensation is very manageable. We assess type and grade, then build a plan around strengthening, movement and everyday load.
Pelvic pain and pain with sex
Dyspareunia, vaginismus and vulvodynia are treated here regularly, gently and at your pace. You are always in control of your assessment.
Postnatal recovery and tummy gap
From a six-week postnatal check to years down the line: diastasis, C-section scars, return to running and confidence in your body again.
Menopause and perimenopause
Changing hormones affect bladder, pelvic floor and strength. We adapt your training and your care to the stage you're actually in.
After surgery or cancer treatment
Rehabilitation after gynae, prostate or breast cancer surgery and treatment, including scar work, movement confidence and graded return to strength.
Nurse and physio led care, strength for the long run
Specialist pelvic health appointments
A full assessment with Emily, our registered nurse and continence nurse, or with Katie, our women's health physiotherapist. You get a clear explanation of what's happening and a plan you can actually follow, in person at our Wickwar clinic or online where hands-on assessment isn't needed.
Coach-led small group strength training
Our studio gym runs small, coached strength sessions in term time, built for women and informed by pelvic health. Progressions are individual, never one-size-fits-all, and nobody gets lost in a crowd.
Reaching us from the Cotswolds
Wickwar is a short hop off the A4135 and A46, so clients from the southern Cotswolds can be seen without driving into the city. If travelling regularly isn't realistic, we can blend in-person assessments with online follow-ups and a programme you follow between visits.
Not quite your patch?
We also look after women across the rest of our catchment. Try the nearest area, or just get in touch.

Because pelvic health is all we do. You're seen by Emily, a registered nurse and continence nurse, or by Katie, a women's health physiotherapist, and the strength work afterwards is built around pelvic health too, which is different from being seen as one of many conditions.
Still wondering something? Ask us directly — nothing is too awkward.
Ready to stop working around it?
Book an appointment with our registered nurse and continence nurse, or with our women's health physiotherapist, or start with a free 15-minute call if you'd rather talk first.
