Workplace wellbeing that people actually use
Human led, flexible support that goes beyond a generic wellbeing app. From interactive education to one to one care, we help your people stay well at the moments that matter most, and 25% of profits funds free support for women who couldn't otherwise afford it.

of women want more employer support on women's health
The moments that matter
These are the life events that most often take people away from work, or leave them quietly struggling at their desks. We work with women and men, as well as partners who want to support someone through them, and they are the moments we specialise in.
Pregnancy, postnatal and parental leave
Mummy MOTs, pelvic floor and scar recovery, and rebuilding strength before the first day back.
Recovery after surgery
From hysterectomy, prolapse repair and caesarean to other abdominal and pelvic surgery, with a phased exercise programme from the first week.
Cancer
Prehab before treatment, support through it, and a realistic route back to work afterwards.
Menopause and perimenopause
Bladder, sleep, energy, bones and brain fog, with adjustments that make a real difference.
Pelvic health issues
From incontinence, pelvic pain and prolapse, with expert physiotherapy and a clear plan back to confidence.
Caring for someone
Support for the sandwich generation, juggling work with looking after children, parents or partners.
A caring route back to work that lasts
Rushed returns tend to fall apart, and the second absence is usually longer than the first. The pathway supports people early, plans the return with them, and stays with them afterwards, so they come back and stay back.
Prepare
Before leave or surgery: prehab, a plan for the time away, and a short briefing so the line manager knows what helps.
Recover
During absence: follow up sessions with a Holora associate, matched to their main concerns, with agreed keep in touch points that never feel like chasing.
Return
A phased return plan with practical adjustments, plus strength and confidence rebuilding for the job they actually do.
Sustain
Check ins at around three and six months to catch problems early, before they turn into a second absence.
Outcomes are tracked with MYCaW, so you can see what changed. The pathway works alongside occupational health rather than replacing it: fit notes stay with the GP and formal fitness for work decisions stay with OH. We fill the gap between signed off and fully back.
One package, whatever the moment
No retainers, no big contracts and no complicated price list. When someone in your team reaches one of life's big moments, there is one package and one fixed price. Their follow ups are picked and mixed around the two concerns that matter most to them.

Meet Emily

I'm Emily, a registered nurse, continence nurse and strength coach, and I founded Holora because I was tired of watching women's health be underfunded, dismissed and squeezed into appointments far too short to get to the bottom of anything. For employers, that matters, because the women in your workforce are navigating menopause, postnatal recovery, pelvic health concerns and cancer rehabilitation, often in silence, and the cost shows up in absence, attrition and engagement.
I work directly with People and Wellbeing teams to design programmes that feel human, not box ticking, blending honest education, practical movement and access to our network of practitioners. Every partnership also funds the Holora Fund, so your investment in your team extends to women in your community who couldn't otherwise afford care.

Bring Fannies & Flapjacks to your workplace
Our Fannies & Flapjacks events are the social, human antidote to the boring lunch and learn. Women's health topics, served over coffee and cake, with humour and a clinician in the room who has heard it all. Perfect for team away days, wellbeing weeks or a genuinely different staff event.
- Co hosted by a Holora clinician and open to your whole team
- Honest, gently humorous conversation that breaks the silence
- Coffee, cake and a topic people genuinely want to discuss
- A social event your people will remember, not a slide deck they'll forget
Let's build something your people will thank you for
Tell us what your team needs and we'll design a programme around it, from a single workshop to ongoing support. And because 25% of profits goes to the Holora Fund, supporting your people directly helps women in your community access the care they couldn't otherwise afford.
Tell us what you're looking for
Whether it's personal support, workplace wellbeing, a community collaboration or simply a question, we'd love to hear from you. We'll guide you towards the right next step.
