WHY our events matter

Community health events that challenge stigma, build confidence and bring people together.

We help people:

We are on a mission to ensure every woman and girl in Bristol has access to clear, honest pelvic health information.

Because too many of the challenges women face are shaped by silence, stigma and deeply rooted beliefs that tell them to put up with discomfort.

We’re here to change that.

ouR SIGNATURE EVENTS

We run low-cost community events to keep women’s health information accessible, and we also deliver private events for organisations, community groups and membership spaces who want to bring these conversations directly to their audience.

Fannies & Flapjacks

Our original, community-loved women’s health evening.
Hosted in relaxed café spaces across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, this event creates an informal setting to talk openly about pelvic health, menopause, bladder and bowel concerns, surgery recovery and strength.

The Power of Good Poo

Led by Lydia Leighton, Registered Dietitian

A refreshingly honest session about gut and bowel health, because digestive symptoms are common, but rarely do we connect the dots.

This workshop explores what healthy bowel function really looks like, how nutrition and pelvic health connect, and why constipation and urgency deserve attention earlier rather than later.

Available as standalone workshops, multi-speaker events, or as part of a wider employee wellbeing package.

Bespoke events

From girls’ night out to girls’ night in

Fannies & Fizz is our unapologetically open women’s health event designed to get people talking, thinking and feeling more confident in their bodies.
Whether it’s a large multi-speaker evening with expert voices and community energy, or a smaller, intimate retreat-style gathering, we tailor the format to your audience.

Expect:

You’ll experience real talk without the medical heaviness, as well as insights delivered with warmth and humour.
